NURSE PRACTITIONER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

My name is Lisa Sproule, and I am an Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner and Managing Director of Quay Aesthetics. Eight years ago, I graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in Queensland with my Master of Nurse Practitioner degree. Prior to this, I worked as a Registered Nurse and obtained over 30 years of experience in the Private and Public health systems.

I created, owned, and served as the managing director of Quay Day Spa from 2015 to 2021. Here, I had the privilege of learning from some of the world’s most esteemed cosmetic practitioners which allowed me to understand that continual self-development and education are essential in this ever-evolving industry.

As an endorsed qualified nurse practitioner, I provide Medical Care and Treatment in a nursing framework. My advanced training means that my role and Scope of Practice extend far beyond that of a Registered Nurse, enabling me to manage all aspects of my patients Medical and Clinical Care.

This includes but is not limited to: Assessment and diagnostics; X-rays; Developing treatment plans; and Prescribing medications.

This allows me to manage the overall success of your complete cosmetic aesthetic journey.

After a number of years in many primary health specializations, I opened my own medical center called Your Health Hub - General Practice and Allied Health Centre. My second business, Quay Day Spa, was opened soon after the first grand opening.

This is where my passion for aesthetic medicine was born. My aesthetic career has led me to specialize in cosmetic injectables for over 6 years. In 2021, I sold Quay Day Spa and the beauty component of my business to pursue medical aesthetics under one facility – Your Health Hub.

Thus, Quay Aesthetics by Lisa was born.

My skills continue to evolve with the industry as I attend regular interstate training and international educational conferences to continue gaining relevant knowledge about how to rejuvenate and enhance the face.

I am currently enrolled in the Professional Diploma of Aesthetic Medicine through Heath Cert. This organization provides premium post-graduate education for general practitioners.

My clients always deserve those natural-looking results that produce subtle and tasteful enhancements that align well with their desires. This innate attention to detail allows me to keep safety as my number one priority as I complete a true work of art on my unique canvas – you.

Communication and client confidence is a central part of my practice to ensure clients receive the best results.

I have extremely high personal standards for my aesthetic work, and I define this by delivering noticeable results that always look natural. Balance and symmetry are important to me; however, I always give carefully consider the uniqueness of each person’s face, to deliver optimal results.

I offer complimentary consultations to all my patients as an opportunity to determine what treatments would be pleasing and appropriate for their faces.

I always give my honest opinion of what treatments patients should consider and sometimes this includes my professional referral for treatments they can receive at a different highly respectable location.
